An Adult Outdoor Fitness Program Taking you to the next level. Athletes in Progress bootcamp started in 1998 and since then thousands of clients have changed their physical and mental attitude and approach to life. Classes are formatted for all levels from beginner to elite athlete. Working out in this group environment provides an easy catalyst for motivation and camaraderie. The classes foster a healthy competitiveness that aids you in achieving your goals rapidly. Our trainers practice positive motivation and keep the classes intense but fun. Classes vary daily to keep your interest sparked and your body challenged. Classes include – push ups, pull ups, sit ups, running, fitness challenges, track work, obstacle courses, hill training, trail running, weight training, resistant band work, medicine/ core training.
